Fun! We loved Boston.
Amazing customer service! The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful and made the check-in process quick, easy, and stress-free. The room was the perfect size for my girlfriend and me, with a nice TV, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a great view! The hotel was also located in a really nice area with easy access to public transportation, which made getting around convenient and hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

- • The only downside was our experience at the bar. Unfortunately, the bartender wasn’t the best at communicating what was available, and we weren’t even greeted when we approached the bar. Improving the customer service in that area would make the overall experience even better.

- • Safe was old. TV not connected. The tech person showed us how to press the buttons with force in the safe using a pen. A cable was missing for TV so he brought a new one. No soap in bath, an empty shampoo bottle instead. Breakfast not included, given the price it could have been nice. Parking at 68 usd per night - too expensive.

Steps From The Show
I am a former Executive Housekeeper and I inspected the room completely for the first time ever not finding a thing out of place or missed. Amazing location being right across from the show at Big Night Live and TD Garden. We were also able to easily walk to Quincy Market for amazing food and the Northend for the best mint chip cereal from Northend creamery. The staff made us feel right at home. I will definitely be staying again for any shows or games at the garden or even just a visit to town.

Great location to visit the center of Boston. The rooms have a beautiful view of the skyscrapers. The room was clean.

- • There were 5 of us staying in a room with two double beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not ready and we had to ask for sheets. It would be nice to have the beds ready for the customers.
