Great stay!
All the front desk staff was truly so friendly and help set the tone for our stay. A little mishap happened and Emmitt and Kendra were so sweet and accommodating. Checking out in the morning with Tony and Delroy was a breeze and their energy was bright and welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel was good as well. The twins at the bistro were very friendly and service was great!

Tommy made our stay
We actually started our trip off at the Sheraton connected to the mall and we had a bunch of issues with our flights getting to Boston. were supposed to arrive at 10 AM. We actually ended up arriving at 1:30 in the morning and then after a very stressful long and rough travel day we really wanted to go and rest since we lost our whole first day in Boston and it was not only my wife’s birthday trip, but we were also celebrating our anniversary and when we got there, the room never cleaned from the previous people that were staying in it. We had to go back downstairs and wait 45 minutes for them to clean room for us that should’ve already been cleaned. We didn’t get to the room till closer to 2:30 and not a way they never acknowledge our celebrations they also only gave us access to a a lounges that offered chips and sodas….. all that being sad since clearly My Wife and I were upset with our stay we went over to the courtyard and the second we got to the front desk Tommy greeted us with a smile. Wish My Wife a happy birthday, as well as both of us a happy anniversary. It was very kind and made sure that we had a nice room with a beautiful view. And throughout the remainder of our stay time was always there with a smile willing to help us out and also just have small conversations. Very good guy made our stay feel very special and very at home!

Great trip!
Phenomenal stay! Would stay here again. Perfect location to little Italy, TD garden and great sports bars and restaurants. Kendra, Emet and Tony did a great job of ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. Very professional and welcoming. Will be staying here again when we come back to Boston!

An amazing experience!
The experience at this amazing hotel was beyond 10 stars! The front desk staff was so personable, helpful regarding directions to where I was visiting in the city, and made checking in, and out so easy! The room was beautiful and had a great view of the Boston Bridge! No noise was heard, and it was a beautiful experience! I would suggest this hotel to anyone at any time! I also met Tony who is the manager. He was so kind and made sure everything went smoothly for my visit! I was travelling alone, and I felt safe and secure staying there!

We spent the first two nights of our Boston trip at a different hotel and the experience just wasn’t great, so we came into this one a little worn out. Tommy at the front desk completely turned things around. Our arrival was rough and he got us checked in right away, no hassle, and was genuinely kind about the whole thing. That kind of customer service is rare and it honestly changed the tone of the rest of our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, the room and the common areas were clean the entire time we were there. The location is great too, easy to get around to everything in the city and right by North Station. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tommy!
