The hotel is excellent, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is dreamy... the pools in the middle of May were very cold and we could not swim in them
The hotel is clean and luxurious, excellent reception, they helped a lot to provide us with a pleasant experience, spacious lobby, excellent food, room service and cleanliness are above and beyond... In short, a royal hotel and highly recommended in the summer

- • In the middle of May, we could not swim in the pools, the water was very very cold, and we understood that there is heating for the pool but the hotel did not activate it, which greatly reduced the value of the stay at the hotel... Swimming pools are the highlight experience for children in the family and nothing can compensate for that
All in all it was great but some improvements are to be considered

- • A bit pricey on extra drinks, etc. Noisy music in the evenings. I wish this hotel had more pools, especially those separating between kids and adults. The possibility to get a taxi at the entrance. The bathroom window opens into the room as well as the bathroom with a glass door may not fit all customers' tastes. Some require more privacy. In simple: Not all customers are on their honeymoon :)
