- • Stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main issue was the extremely poor dining experience. There was a very large group (around 200–250 people) staying at the hotel, and the restaurant was clearly unable to handle the load. Despite being on a MAP plan (breakfast + dinner), the dinner buffet was highly underwhelming with very limited options. As a non-vegetarian, I found only one chicken dish and one Goan curry, which felt completely inadequate for a hotel of this standard. The food quality and replenishment were also not up to the mark. Service suffered significantly due to the crowd. The restaurant felt chaotic, staff appeared overwhelmed, and overall attention to guests was lacking. Paying extra for a MAP plan turned out to be a poor decision and not worth the cost. While the property itself is decent, the overall experience did not match expectations from a Hilton brand. Better crowd management and maintaining food quality during peak occupancy is essential. Would not recommend staying here if large groups or events are ongoing.

Good location nice people to look after guests. Breakfast lot of variety continental and Asian. Very generous in providing tea milk sachet.
