Happy overall with hotel but may not stay at the same property due to adverse taxi experience.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The welcome at the hotel was very nice and warm. Rooms are good and maintained in good condition. Breakfast was very good with a special mention of Dipanto (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who took great care to serve us breakfast. Both room service and housekeeping services were prompt and helpful. Food was good.

- • We faced an issue with our taxi. The taxi stand situated outside the hotel did not allow our usual local taxi driver to pick us up from the hotel claiming monopoly. When we complained to the hotel staff, they expressed their helplessness claiming they did not want to get into the bad books of the taxi stand people. We even requested them to drop us by their hotel car to a close location where our taxi driver would pick us up from. But they refused, saying it may cause issues for them. We had to eventually walk on our own to the point where our taxi driver was waiting for us passing through the same taxi stand. In short, the hotel was ok to put us in danger and inconvenience but not willing to confront the taxi stand people. This reflects poorly on a big brand like Hilton where they clearly showed that they were more concerned about their safety than standing for their hotel guests.

A great stay and experience!
It is in a great location, and the stay is beautiful!! The rooms were amazing with a great view. It was well maintained and hygienic. We had a great time at the pool, and the bonus point, it's temperature controlled!! ❤️ The staff are amazing, attentive, and nice. We were warmly attended and looked after by Jasmine, Deepika, Mihir, Raghib, and Shantanu!! ❣️ And this is a very special call out for Chef Faizal from all of us, and especially Samad - you were very kind, nice, and pleasant to talk to. Thank you for the very amazing food 🍽️ We will see you soon!! 🌟

The stay was nice, and the service was well managed. Ning, Enrich, and Jasmine were polite, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. Their friendly behavior made the experience better. I appreciate their good service efforts. Thank you
