- • I booked a room with a private patio and received one without a patio. I think they should have refunded me part of the payment. They said they gave me a bigger room. It's not what I booked.
Our lovely stay
We had a wonderful stay at The Vera Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is absolutely perfect—within walking distance to so many great restaurants, attractions, and the beach. The staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an excellent variety. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that the rooms are very, very small. They may feel a bit cramped for two people, especially for a longer stay. I also found the bathroom lighting to be quite dim, which made getting ready a little challenging. That said, the exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location more than made up for those minor drawbacks. I would absolutely stay at The Vera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

Great time at the Vera
The Vera hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Tel Aviv. Very personal service and they attended to all our needs. The breakfast is very good too. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend it for someone who likes small boutique hotels.

Boutique hotel, Deluxe treatment
It's a beautiful boutique hotel. Great decoration, complementary snacks & beverages available 24/7 at the bar, terrace areas, comfortable rooms, very complete and delicious breakfast options, and very kind and professional staff. I felt we were treated like royalty.

Hotel with a special atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommended (for those who do not insist on a kosher certificate).
Very pleasant and special atmosphere. Excellent staff service. Israeli coffee and wines available for free on the bar at all hours of the day. The rooftop with two levels was a special experience. Sparkling cleanliness. Convenient location not far from the light rail station called Allenby Station.

- • The hotel itself was excellent. We were not aware that the kitchen did not have a kosher certificate. For some reason, we assumed that all hotels in the country are kosher. Even though we were informed that all the ingredients are kosher and that the kitchen is only used for preparing the dairy breakfast and there are no meat products in the kitchen, we felt less comfortable, but of course, it is not the hotel's fault and we should have clarified this sooner.

The extremely friendly and personalized treatment, the decoration, the overall comfort, the rooftop terrace, the bar with complimentary snacks and drinks available 24h... there was nothing I didn't like.
