Overall comfortable & enjoyable base for our weekend visit to Manchester.
Didn't have breakfast as we were out and about with family for that. Owners very friendly.

We stayed for 1 night and if it wasn’t for the proximity to where I wanted to be.

- • It is very dated and in need of lots of work. We stayed in a superior room, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, the bathroom facilities were from 1980s.
