As a budget hotel. Unbeatable location and price. But the hotel in poor and outdated condition. Overcrowded lobby and high risk of security need to be concerned. But the front desk staffs and housekeeping staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Hotel Cozi Harbour View Super Stay
Hotel Cozi Harbour view was a very nice hotel, excellent location and the staff were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there. It is not our first stay there and it will not be our last. Thank you Kelvin, Kelly and all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and "COZI"

Ok hotel, little bit old as not enough power outlet for many devices. Our check-in staff was so dizzy, he took 15 minutes to do check-in of our 2 rooms. Others were fine, other staff were helpful. Needed facility around is enough. Price is reasonable.

Cheap hotel far from main tourist districts
Old hotel in suburban district, that caters for Asian tour operators. Room was relatively clean, not too small but old and have a few and insufficient electrical plugs by a small writing desk. Twin beds are very small and the pillow is poor quality. Noisy Aircon or a constantly operating bathroom air fan? Very busy lifts. Finally, though the hotel is walking distance to 2 subway stations, the walk is not pleasant with luggage. But there are taxis waiting by the entrance of the hotel.

- • really overpriced for what the rooms are 2 single beds extremely hard mattresses like concrete really small room small bathroom in an industrial area not feel safe at night to walk around
