- • Staying a few days meant the fixed menu for dinner felt repetitive. It took a couple of days for my wife's gluten free requirements to be met.

- • The bed/bedding felt damp upon arrival, as it was very cold outside. Fortunately, there were heating blankets in the beds. In the bathroom, the shower gel and shampoo were placed very high on the glass shelf. The shower gel and shampoo containers were also made of glass, thus posing a high risk of slipping and breaking while showering.
The entire staff was very friendly. And the view and amenities were fantastic.

This hotel claims to be 5-star, yet basic services were not functioning.
The hotel advertises itself as a 5-star establishment, but my experience did not reflect that standard. Netflix, DSTV, and other channels were unavailable due to accounts needing a top-up, and the hotel was unable to resolve this during my stay. The location is also problematic: it falls outside the UBER service area, forcing guests to rely on hotel-arranged taxis at nearly double the usual cost. The rooms feel outdated and in need of refurbishment. The only truly 5-star elements were the excellent breakfast and the outstanding staff, who were consistently friendly and attentive.
