The location is very close to Haeundae, the next street is a traditional market, there are many restaurants nearby, very convenient, and the hotel staff is very friendly.

Next time I will look for another accommodation.
Surely the property is in a great location, right on the Haeundae traditional market street and a short walk from the beach. We were provided with laundry service (although with some fabric-related limitations) which turned out to be impeccable.

- • The property was not clean enough (we are talking about mold in the bathroom and on the slippers provided for the shower). The common area was chaotic and always very hot (since the cooling was only turned on when the staff was present), also the trash was not stored decently as the bins were so openly placed randomly in the middle of the hall. There was only a water dispenser and no coffee and tea. I understand that breakfast was not included but at least the beverages could have been made available as in all other properties, especially considering that it is one of the most expensive ones we paid for in proportion to the others. Among the rules, there was one (rightly) to clean off the sand before entering the property, but the air gun provided on the ground floor never worked.
Perfect location next to the beach. The room is very comfortable. The common room is nice but not air-conditioned early in the morning (around 8 a.m.). Laundry service available.
