Great place, excellent host, value for money
Great spot for restaurants, beach access and market street. Clean rooms and value for money. Nice common area and attentive host. We did have a complaint on our first night but Steven swifty fixed our problem the following afternoon. Very fair pricing for a private room with toilet and shower.

- • The A/C unit had a foul smell that we had to request to be cleaned as the room gets stuffy and keeping the window open at night is too loud (there is a 24-hour restaurant right next to the guest house and people also smoke in the alleyway, smell gets into the room). While you get a private bathroom, the shower is just run from the tap and the whole bathroom (toilet included) becomes the shower. Everything is sealed up and gets wet. Not being able to flush toilet paper means all soiled paper and sanitary products are put in a plastic bag in your bathroom bin, to be emptied into boxes in a designated garbage area in the common area kitchen. A little bit unhygienic and may shock some Westerners.

The location is ideal, right in the center of Haeundae, towards the beach. The room is well equipped, sufficient for the two nights spent.

- • The neighborhood can be noisy. Likewise, the partitions between the rooms seem quite thin, you can easily hear conversations. Even though I didn't have any problems with my neighbors.
Good location near markets with good busking nightlife. Close to the beach and Mipo station.
