Perfect
It is very well located, close to everything. The staff assisted me, they were kind, patient, and very courteous. They helped me with booking the hot air balloon in Cappadocia and the Bosphorus boat tour. It is worth mentioning that they even worried about me, as I was traveling alone and my daughter couldn't contact me, they took care of finding and locating me, to leave my daughter reassured. Very grateful for all the good treatment at this hotel. Of the two charming and very helpful receptionists. The hot air balloon in Cappadocia that they helped me book was a dream come true. Thanks to these types of hotels, tourists travel safely to enjoy our long-awaited vacations

Great location
Great location and a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, very close to Galata Tower and the metro station. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no safe box in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily stay here again.

The property has a great location and a lot of potential
To start with the good points, the location is excellent. The property is situated on a quiet little street, very close to the lively parts of the city, yet somehow nicely “hidden” from all the noise and crowds. It was peaceful and well positioned, which we really appreciated. The air conditioning also worked well and made the room comfortable.

- • Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room and, more importantly, with how they were handled. When we arrived, we were informed that there was a problem with the door lock. The lock mechanism would sometimes come out of the door when removing the key, or the key would get stuck. We were told that this would be fixed the following morning, but unfortunately, it never was during our stay. Another issue was the complete lack of towels in the room. We reported this on the evening of our arrival and were told it would be taken care of the next morning. However, there were still no towels in the morning. Only much later, when we returned to the property, was the issue addressed, and it seemed that our initial request had simply been forgotten. At that point, we were offered another room, but since we were checking out the following morning, moving all our belongings for just one night did not really make sense. The condition of the room and bathroom was also disappointing. There was visible mould in the bathroom, signs of previous water damage in the room, and some water leakage around the toilet. It was not severe enough to make the bathroom unusable, but it was enough to create a constant damp smell. The staff were friendly in their interactions and did offer solutions eventually, which we appreciated, but for such a short two-night stay, having to repeatedly follow up on basic issues like a functioning door lock and towels was frustrating. The property has a great location and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the maintenance and attention to guests’ requests need improvement. With these issues addressed, the experience could have been much better.

Great location on a lovely cobblestone street that leads to Galata tower. Prime tourist location so lots of crowds. Comfortable beds, brick walls in rooms adds character. Nice clean wooden floor.

- • The rooms are not like the pictures. Outdated, rusted wire frames, water damage visible on the ceiling. Balcony faces a building street slightly visible. Definitely has seen better days.
