- • I had to ask several times for the bottle opener for the water bottles. The night I arrived, it was there, but it seems that they took it while cleaning. I had to ask for it 3 times until they finally brought it to me. And I was leaving the next morning.

Excellent service, food, good location, and fast room service for when you're too tired!
The check-in staff were amazing. I was tired from a flight from Cusco, but they went above and beyond to help me secure an early check-in. The food was the best I had in a hotel in Peru, and the service was great. Also appreciated the vibe and the attention to detail from housekeeping.

Comfortable, clean, and very spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Beautiful ambiance throughout the hotel and an overwhelming breakfast buffet. One of the best breakfasts we've ever had!! Beautiful pool on the 10th floor with a view and rooftop bar.
