- • The slippers were sterilized, but disposable ones had to be requested at the reception, so I thought it would be better to be informed at check-in if possible. In the summer, we take off our socks, so vinyl slippers are a bit uncomfortable...

There were 3 people, and I felt it was very cost-effective. The room was clean and good. It was very convenient in front of the station.

- • The room was smaller than expected, and even though there were 3 people, there was only one folding luggage rack, which was inconvenient. It was hotter than expected even though the air conditioning was on at night. Maybe it would have been better to lower the temperature more...

I am satisfied! I would like to use it again
I had business at Makuhari Messe and stayed for 3 nights with my child. The room was clean and comfortable. It was helpful to be near the station. Although a previous review mentioned that there was not much around, there was a delicious bakery, a supermarket (open 24 hours!), and a pharmacy near the station, which was sufficient! Both the front desk staff and the morning cleaning staff were pleasant and made me happy. The system for consecutive nights was reasonable and comfortable. Initially, there was only one key, but when I asked, they gave me two keys ♪

- • I was happy that the shampoo in the bathroom was POLA, but the cleansing products and other items I needed from the front desk were from a different brand, which was the only disappointing part. (I saw a photo of the shampoo on the website and assumed it was the same, so I stopped bringing my own)
