Overall it was good. Breakfast had many options and it was different each day
It’s very close to MRT and easily accessible. Housekeeping was very responsive too

- • Some of the amenities like bathrobe were missing in the room. And for the whole stay we didn’t get it

- • A little further out from centre than expected so not the best for connections. Shuttle bus did help but tortuous route to local metro station and stopped in early evening.

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Great facilities with some restaurants in hotel area. 24 hours gym at the hotel.

Novotel on Stevens
Hotel staff Fauzi was excellently helpful.very professional and knew how to make a guest comfortable. Bed was comfortable . Had a good sleep.

- • Had to pay for ice $6 for a bucket. Dialing '0' did not get the operator. Unreachable Toilet lighting should be brighter.... Privacy for bathroom poor....it has see through glass partition. No full length mirror

- • The lack of good customer service. Given a monkey smelling room. Checking process so slow and disorganized and totally lack of care.
