- • Eccessiva umidità, arredi datati ma risistemati a nuovo, non posso dire che l’appartamento fosse accogliente. Le foto sono ingannevoli, la piscina è poco più che una vasca da bagno, le suite più che suite sono camere anche un po tristi. Eccessivo il prezzo pagato per quello che è la struttura . La colazione viene servita in camera e non c’è modo di tenere conto di eventuali intolleranze o variare leggermente l’offerta . Ho chiesto se potessi avere qualcosa senza lattosio (sarebbe bastato un po più di pane e marmellata ) invece pare che l’offerta sia immodificabile . Dispiace dirlo perché il personale è molto gentile ma questo è.

Abbiamo veramente apprezzato la gentilezza e l'efficienza dello staff, particolarmente di Tomàs, sempre pronto ad esaudire le nostre richieste! Grazie mille!

- • Ik vond de badkamer zeer krap voor 4 personen, zeker met de toilet in dezelfde ruimte. Spijtig dat het kleine zwembad aan herstelling toe is:bodemplaat is stuk.
Mooi appartement, prima ontbijt, fijne locatie om weer tot rust te komen na rondtrekken of slenteren door ponta dalgada

Tomás and Laeticia welcomed us to Casa do Contador with genuine warmth and professionalism. They are wonderful hosts who made us feel at home from the very beginning. My husband and I felt incredibly comfortable in our unique, modern studio overlooking the beautiful inner garden. There is something almost magical about this place: from the outside, the building is already charming and full of character, but you would never expect such a stylish and beautifully designed interior. Breakfast was included and delivered every morning in a basket left outside our door. I absolutely loved this concept—it made every morning feel special. If we return to Ponta Delgada, we will definitely stay at Casa do Contador again. Highly recommended!

- • As the property is truly beautiful, my only suggestion would be to pay a little more attention to the small details. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we found a few hairs in different areas, and the balcony floor had not been cleaned when we arrived. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay.

La struttura è molto centrale e ha un bellissimo spazio con piscina, lettini, giochi da tavola. La colazione è abbondante e varia e viene presentata in un cestino la mattina presto. La nostra stanza dava sul giardino quindi era molto bello stare in terrazza per aperitivi o pasti. Caffè biscotti e acqua sempre a disposizione. Personale cordiale. Dettagli curati.

- • Il parcheggio è difficile, la struttura consiglia un parcheggio gratuito che non è vicinissimo e comunque sempre molto affollato. In strada si potrebbe trovare a pagamento ma risulta molto pericoloso per la strada stretta. In bagno la doccia perde, la farei aggiustare.
