As a parent of 3 young children, the availability of food designed for children was very helpful to maintain their hunger. In addition, the variety of food during lunch and dinner was amazing. Regarding our room and cleaning, everything was perfect.

- • The children room should be open for more hours. Being open for only 2 hours each time is not enough. There should be available drinking water at the gym. Since I forgot to bring a bottle of water, I couldn't keep myself hydrated during my practice.
The experience is far below 5-star standards in terms of service, comfort, safety, and hospitality.

- • The parking access is poorly designed for families (stairs access, not suitable for strollers) and unsafe, and the parking exit is particularly dangerous (no mirror). The room was not cleaned despite requests, and towels were not changed. Bathroom conditions are poor: the bathtub is slippery and unsafe with a broken support handle, the faucet is broken, and water splashes everywhere when showering. Ventilation does not work properly, leading to humidity in the room after showering, and the air conditioning is also poorly regulated. Soundproofing is very poor, with a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Basic family needs are not considered, with no child toilet seat, no welcome for children, and no child-friendly glass provided. Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, often redirecting simple requests instead of assisting. Food quality was disappointing, mostly frozen or reheated. Bottled water is not provided consistently and is difficult to obtain when requested. The stair levels are unsafe and uneven, so you need to be very careful when walking as they are not symmetrical. The indoor pool was unclean the day we visited it. The elevators were often full and we often need to wait for the next one to get in.

- • I did not fully enjoy it as the indoor swimming pool water was too cold, the hotel felt overcrowded at times, and the bedding did not appear very clean

- • Balcony could have been cleaned on our stay and couldn't book restaurants in the hotel
lovely hotel but spoiled by a group of certain hotel guests
the hotel Staff were amazing couldn't do enough the hotel is large with lots to do and gave us chocolates on our anniversary

- • cleaning wasn't done on a daily basis I think they came 2 times in a week and the fridge didn't get topped up too. I found the food wasn't that good. Traveled for 40 years and stayed at better 3-star hotels and some of the guests were rude, loud, and unfriendly. Not going to say more not worth it but it ruined our anniversary and holiday
