We enjoyed!
Very friendly staff! Excellent buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lots of variety, lots of choices. Beautiful pools. The quality of entertainment was usually quite high. The daily kids' disco hour in the evening was particularly fun, with a very enthusiastic young team providing lots of fun moments for our granddaughter and all the other children.

- • Very long waiting times for the small elevators. The quality of the 'fruit juice' at breakfast is subpar, especially compared to the good quality of the food and the delicious coffee.
We really enjoyed the service and the exceptional attitude of all the staff, all with a smile. Highly recommended.

Performance below expectations, far from five stars, rather a strong three-star overpriced.
Variety of food and continuous drinking and eating options. The three meals a day were impeccable.

- • A sofa bed was requested for the child, however, it did not have a tucked-in pillow or blanket like our double bed, we only received a sheet. The noise from the street is terrible. It's impossible to move in the pools when the hotel is full, and many people squeeze non-swimmer children under huge inflatable rings without noticing. They jump in without paying attention to anyone. There are only 2 elevators to the 5-6 floors, each accommodating only about 3 people, so you have to wait a lot. There was no cleaning at all in the last 2 days. As a snack, the bars offer frozen pizza and meat called a hamburger in a small bun, without sauce and vegetables, it's terrible.
