- • Entrance to the hotel is not perfect to access, a bit hidden. Not enough water in the gym when there are several people. Dispenser is very slow and small.
Doesn't worth the money
Good front desk service, but the breakfast was poor. Shocked that housekeeping entered my room without notice during my one-night stay just to prepare the tea and do a quick clean

Service is poor
I had a frustrating experience during my stay at the hotel. One night, I was waiting at the front desk for the staff to assist me. However, they were preoccupied with their tasks for over five minutes and didn't acknowledge my presence. It wasn't until another customer arrived that the staff finally attended to them, even though I had been waiting longer. Eventually, I had to approach the staff myself to request service, which felt quite frustrating. I understand that they might have been busy, but it seemed as if they simply didn't notice that I was waiting. Additionally, I was unhappy with how the hotel charged a deposit to my credit card on the day of my check-in without any prior notification. I was unaware that it was a deposit and initially thought my credit card had been stolen or hacked. I almost called the bank to block my card due to this unexpected charge. Both of these issues strike me as unprofessional. Even when I raised my concerns with the staff, their attitude suggested that they didn't take it seriously. This level of service does not warrant a good rating. On a positive note, the other aspects of my stay were satisfactory, but I did notice that the hallways were consistently hot, which was uncomfortable.

I had a good stay and leaving
The location is really good. The hotel design is nice, and I had a pleasant stay. The swimming pool is also good for swimming.

- • There is no place to throw towels near the swimming pool locker. Of course, the staff always clean up, but it would be nice to have a small bin for throwing used towels.
Best Hotel in SHANGHAI
Best hotel in Shanghai with good value and outstanding service. The front desk Joy is really helpful, informative, knowledgeable and speaks fluent English. The room is very spacious, with a good ambiance and comfortable. No smoking smell at all. Strategic location, connecting to HKRI mall. Excellent breakfast choice. I'm very pleased to stay here and had a great experience. Want to come back again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Absolutely not worth the price point when compared to other local five-star hotels
Modern, great facilities, great gym and changing rooms. We were given early access to our room. Great location.

- • - Poor hygiene - Very limited breakfast options compared to other five-star hotels - Turndown service was at a different time every evening - sometimes as late as 9:20 pm - Hotel bar was empty every night - no atmosphere at all
