- • The wait time for the elevators in the morning at 8 a.m. is long. There is a lot of movement for breakfast and also the housekeepers knock on the doors at 8 a.m. So at 8 a.m., either you get woken up or breakfast becomes complicated. Moreover, during breakfast, they want to clear every plate from the table. They walk around with a cart and move chairs to pass through. In short, it's noisy. Only 4 spots at the pool. Small gym in the veranda with outdated equipment. Average breakfast quality
Clean rooms, good breakfast. The hotel is large, so it lacks intimacy. The pool and rooftop terrace (25th floor) are a plus. Possibility to store luggage until departure. Recommended for a short stay.

Poor and rude front office staff
I had a lovely three-night stay at the hotel. However, the checkout experience was terrible. The reception staff was extremely rude. I took two towels to the swimming pool and accidentally left one there. During checkout, they insisted on charging me for the towel, claiming it's hotel policy not to take towels outside the room. Even though the towel was still on the premises, they refused to acknowledge it. After paying for the towel, the receptionist laughed at me and challenged me to prove that I had taken towels to the pool. I had to escalate the issue to the manager, who reviewed the CCTV footage and made the staff member apologize for the inappropriate behavior.
