- • 1.Sheets stained. 2. Aircon in bedroom was not maintained. Filters needed cleaning, completely clogged, therefore sucking sound. 3. Toilet cistern leaking, so flushing at night. 4. Apartment tired and worn in many areas.
Great short break, would love to stay longer
The location and facilities were fantastic and the room was in such a great location within the resort (easy to access the pool, etc but away from the hustle and bustle and the noise of the pools)

- • Spa wasn't warm It says you can't hog beach chairs but everyone did and would leave for hours and go away and the return Too many kids yelling screaming and in the spa unsupervised

- • Not made aware of floor level and no access to lift, suggest advertising this for those unable to carry suitcases upstairs. Other guests storing items in the stairwell took away some aesthetic appeal
Paradise in Palm Cove!
The pool is amazing, can recommend pina coladas at the swim up bar! Resort is in a great location, just a short walk to everything you need. We loved it here!
