- • We turned up at the Elysium office on Veivers Rd at 1045 am on Sunday to collect the keys, well within the office hours advertised. The office was locked up, with no indication as to when someone would be back. Tried calling the number on the door. No answer. We had to leave with no keys and no idea how to access the apartment as we were using shared transport with some other travellers. Very annoying and inconvenient. Got a phone call about 5 minutes later from the apartment manager who asked us to come back and retrieve the keys, but with no explanation as to why she was not at her desk earlier
Amazing Palm Cove holiday
Amazing location, the facilities and pools at the hotel are brilliant. Great food and drinks around. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and the agent was easy to find.

Nice accommodation with a great pool bar
Clean, modern apartment. Particularly beautiful is the pool area with the pool bar.

- • Missing a normal dining table indoors and cozy lighting. The apartment is described as having 90 sqm of living space, but almost half of it is the terrace.
Lovely place for a family holiday
So good for kids. Having a kitchen to prepare meals is a game changer for family holidays. The pool is lovely and the gardens create a beautiful atmosphere.

- • It’s a little tired in places around the pool and the bathrooms/kitchen.
Sadly the weather was not conducive to relaxing in the sun or swimming, cleared up the day we were leaving.
Very quiet. Had everything in the unit that we needed.

- • Lack of deck chairs. People would claim their chair by putting a towel & water bottle on them very early in the morning and not come to sit on them until much later.
