- • We had a clogging issue in a sink that was promptly resolved, but it is still an inconvenience, lack of maintenance in the facilities. The worst part was that the air conditioning system is a unit that makes a lot of noise. At check-out, I was asked to wait 3 minutes for them to apparently check if something was missing in the room...totally inappropriate. They do not mention it before booking, but the pool is out of service for maintenance on Mondays.
Excellent place to go with family
Excellent breakfast, very complete, I like the proximity to the Mall del Río and Mall del Alto, clean and comfortable room, attentive staff, hot shower.

- • THE PILLOWS ARE TERRIBLE, WHEN YOU PUT YOUR HEAD ON THE PILLOW, THEY BEND AND FORM A U SHAPE, COVERING THE ENTIRE SIDE OF THE HEAD FROM BOTH SIDES. THIS HAPPENED WITH ALL 4 PILLOWS, EVEN WITH THE EXTRA ONE IN THE CLOSET, AND NOT ONLY MINE, BUT ALSO IN MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM
