We stayed at their sister hotel - Conacul Ambient. It was lovely. Great staff and pool. Restaurant and facilities were good.

- • It wasn't what I would expect for a 5-star hotel.
The room was perfect for what we needed with 2 kids, and my girls loved it. Also, the indoor pool was a hit with the girls. The size of the pool is a bit small, but on the other hand, my kids loved it. It is perfect after the first part of the day on the slopes to have some activity with them at the resort. We recommend it for families with small kids. Also, the location is great, a short drive to Poiana Brasov if you want to enjoy some skiing as well.

- • The baby crib was incomplete or old, making it uncomfortable, and the bed mattresses a bit rigid

- • There is no option for lunch and dinner (have to go to another hotel) and there is no elevator. You have to take your luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor

- • Unfortunately, there is discomfort regarding meal service. You have to go to Conac and there are no other options in the area, and the offer at Conac is limited! It's a shame about the existing space at Resort Ambient that is not utilized!
