Comfortable even though I didn’t have the usual updated room
Have stayed before. As it is in an out of the way location, it is convenient having a pretty well equipped kitchenette. The breakfast is streamlined and very good. The staff are extremely helpful. If your room is missing anything you just need to call and ask. The place is very clean and well thought out. The receptionist Hana was very welcoming and helpful.

- • On this particular stay, our room was smaller than previous ones as it was on a corner where the architecture had been cut away. Not a problem but just wasn’t what I was used to. Also, this room had not been refurbished but all was basically fine. The shower was the old style tub with curtain.

We have stayed at this location many times and every time we experience the same issue with air conditioner which runs so loudly that it has to be turned off to allow a restful sleep at night. But then it could be hot without the air on a summer night! Also, it would be helpful for the staff working at the reception to inform guests about the policy for serving breakfast. The replenishment of the food items stops 30 minutes before the end of service. So, to get a full selection of a buffet guests should arrive no later than 30 minutes before the cutoff time.
