- • Stay well clear of this property. We stayed for about 10 hours and left. The property looked nothing like the pictures. I booked a room with a view. We got a room with no window... it was a very scary experience. I would not recommend this place at all. We asked for a refund for the free nights as we had to leave and find another hotel. The Owner wouldn't refund.. absolutely disgusting this Otel should not be on Booking.com

Our stay was great, the Riad is beautiful and very central, a 15-minute walk from Jemma El Fna square. The staff is super friendly and always trying to help us. The breakfast was very good, even when we had excursions, they provided breakfast to take away. We were very comfortable and at ease. We recommend it without any doubt. We will return to Marrakech and back to Riad Elli.

Very safe and welcoming! Great amenities.
The staff was impeccable! Hassan and Samir made sure we had a great stay! The location was also very good, and even though you had to walk through a little bit of smaller streets, I never felt unsafe. The breakfast was our favorite part.

- • Any small inconveniences were quickly managed by the staff, but the room we had first booked had a power outage, so we had to change to the lower room.
