Very safe and welcoming! Great amenities.
The staff was impeccable! Hassan and Samir made sure we had a great stay! The location was also very good, and even though you had to walk through a little bit of smaller streets, I never felt unsafe. The breakfast was our favorite part.

- • Any small inconveniences were quickly managed by the staff, but the room we had first booked had a power outage, so we had to change to the lower room.

Riad Elli perfect place to stay, the facilities were perfect with comfortable rooms and a lovely terrace. Our host was very polite and friendly and was happy to help whenever needed. Breakfast was very good. Perfect distance from the main square and the souks

Samir was most hospitable and looked after us as if we were family members, taking care of every request we made good-naturedly – thank you Samir. I said the ease of our stay must be partly due to the proximity of the resting place of Imam Souhayli, one of the ‘seven saints of Marrakesh’ – certainly the Riad is very peaceful and easy going. My three main boxes were well-ticked: hot water 24/7, comfortable mattress & good wifi – and we were within walking distance of the Qutubia mosque and Djema Fana, with local shops nearer by.

- • Our room was a little cramped for husband and wife to be able to pray together – but in fact, it was possible to pray on the roof terrace, which was cool during the night and at dawn … and exposed to a refreshing breeze under a shady awning during mid-day and mid-afternoon – so no problem. Regarding taxis from and to the airport, the drop-off and pick-up point was outside Hopital Ibn Zohr – a short walk to and from Riad Elli – and help to carry our luggage was swiftly at hand – so no problem. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂
Very enjoyable with amazing hospitality.
The staff were very helpful and friendly from before we arrived, from arranging an airport pick up to giving us general city advice! The staff go above and beyond, from meeting us at the taxi drop off point to being easily reachable via messages. The staff are attentive and Breakfast was provided every day we were there at the allocated times. The room (we stayed in the one on the ground floor) was clean and had very good AC, the shower and toilet located in the room were also clean - I shall also add that the room was beautiful and spacious. Overall great hospitality and facilities which helped us to enjoy our week stay.

- • The only thing I may add is that the Wifi was weak at points however when exploring the city for most of the day (as you should!) that hardly impacted our stay.
The location is near the center (about a good 10-minute walk). The neighborhood is safe. Good breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Good functioning air conditioning in the room. The Wi-Fi speed was good. Nice space on the terrace with a beautiful view.

- • Maybe lacking a shelf for storage.
The managers were very accommodating and helpful. They were probably the only ones who didn't try to scam us during the stay, it feels good to relax the pressure at home.

- • Those awful rich people from La Mamounia who decided to have a wedding with the worst DJ possible on a teknival sound system until 3 in the morning on the last day. Of course, the Riad is not to blame :)
