Excellent base to experience Tulum
Well-organized hotel with spacious rooms and functional and well-articulated common areas. Not a classic hotel structure, but more like a well-organized guest house run by Diego, a kind, helpful, and efficient host. The neighborhood is interesting, full of local spots.

- • While maintaining the self-preparation formula, I would enhance the breakfast a bit in terms of offerings. Super comfortable room, but a few more power outlets would have been useful
A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great value for money
I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful boutique-style place with well-maintained gardens, three nice pools, and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and Diego and the whole team were always friendly and welcoming. Great value for money, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

- • The breakfast is not much. However, you just need to ask the staff for things like eggs that you then have to cook yourself or fruit, and they will arrange it.
Turquoise is a hotel with excellent value for money, as it provides comfort and style. Lots of nature, 3 pools, and a beautiful host, the friendly cat Chona! We stayed in a room further back, ideal to escape the sounds coming from the street. The breakfast is simple but quite efficient, meeting our taste easily. Helpful staff and an excellent location, very close to many bars and restaurants.

I loved it, I had a beautiful time
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have a terrace. I loved that the hotel has three pools, as there are several options to relax and enjoy during the stay.
