The highlight was the bed, it was extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. It is not the newest hotel but it has its charm. The staff is very friendly.

- • Breakfast buffet is large, probably too large, hence the quality suffers. In our case, the first bath towels were full of hair and did not smell good either.
10 star hotel!!! Everything perfect!
Everything was perfect: friendly and attentive staff with very good English, the managers were coming to our table in person to introduce themselves and check how our stay was, the rooms were immaculate and the service was amazing. My husband's birthday was coming up, and we were surprised with a delicious birthday cake as we got into the room the first day only a few 5 minutes after we checked-in! They are super fast with any request. Also, breakfast was superb! The location was ideal too, right in front of the promenade and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the view from the restaurant is fantastic, both day and night! We highly recommend it.

- • Perhaps the umbrellas at the swimming pool could be bigger to cover the chairs from the sun and protect from the heat.
Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed
Room was spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. High quality shower amenities (Crabtree & Evelyn). Delicious & wide variety for breakfast.
