Overall, the hotel has a good location and nice room design, but the facilities and service could use some improvement.
Google Review I had a generally pleasant stay at Platinum Danang Hotel. The location is quite convenient — it’s not too far from the beach, which was a big plus for me. I also liked the design of the room. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere, although the room itself felt quite old and could definitely use some cosmetic renovation.

- • Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was a disappointment. The area around the pool was not very clean, and there were only two sun loungers, which made it difficult to relax there comfortably. The reception service was also inconsistent. With the exception of one friendly receptionist, the other girls at the front desk did not seem particularly welcoming.

- • La habitación estaba sucia detrás de cada mueble que movieses, el aire iba fatal, el baño olía a sumidero la puerta del baño estaba toda desconchada
這個地方比較便宜，當然設備就稍差一點。不能夠刷卡是讓人最沒有辦法接受的。
