For a Pullman, it misses the mark with staff training and safe food and beverage practice. Very disappointing.

- • Bed was as hard as a rock, aircon difficult to get right.. Biggest issue watching two different bar staff pour the dregs of wine bottles into the next opened one. This is totally contrary to all safe food practice and must cease immediately. Imagine drinking wine where the contents are a mixture of wines opened an indeterminate number of days/weeks ago?

- • The bathroom light lights up the whole room if your partner or kids want to use it when it's dark and you want to sleep. There is minimal areas for you to eat room service in your room if you just want to chill with the family.
