Disappointing experience at the Nobis Copenhagen
We are currently staying at the Nobis hotel. As frequent travellers we stayed in many 5 star hotels but this hotel will for sure not become a favorite one. This is my first negative feedback since many years.. The rooms are quite nice, Scandinavian sober but okay. The rain shower is terrible, hardly any water pressure. The thin duvet does not cover the whole width of the bed so the first night we were so cold , we hardly slept and asked for a second one duvet. The hallway is full of laundry trolleys all day so you can hardly reach your room and it looks so sloppy and unprofessional. The breakfast buffet was sober as well, no special hot menu : omelets, eggs benedict etc , not a great service, you had to make your own tea and get your hot water from a thermos.. The price was almost 80 euro’s for the 2 of us. Just a 1 morning experience.. renting bikes is also extremely expensive 35 euro per bike per day where as everywhere in the city you can rent a bike for half price… So in total not a very disappointing experience and not a hotel we like to come back to. Far too expensive and for sure not a 5 star.

Beautiful hotel, good service
Beautiful old hotel close to all the main sites and next to the Tivoli gardens. Although the hotel is historic the rooms are updated with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Good breakfast. The concierge was particularly helpful in booking dinner reservations.

Beautiful hotel, top location, value for money still okay
Nice team, central location at the train station and Tivoli. When events are at the Town Hall Square, you can hear it in the room. Sleeping was still not a problem. Beautiful, not overloaded design of the rooms and the hotel itself.

👎 Disliked
- • The condition of the leather-covered furniture (chairs, sofas, wall coverings, documents... etc). Unfortunately, you can see every spot that has ever happened there... looks sticky-greasy, even if it is clean.
Just fine, but definitely not 5 stars. Terrible night sleep
The pros: The hotel is in a decent area, although not that close to the tourist attractions. It's on a busy street, but was pretty quiet, even being in a street-level room. Overall, the hotel was attractive and clean. The cons: The bedding and mattress were truly awful. I realize mattress preferences are subjective, but it was the firmest and most uncomfortable bed I can recall. Both my wife and I woke up with very sore backs at multiple points during the night, and that never happens to either of us. The breakfast was very overpriced for the variety and quality of the food. They have a very nice terrace off of the lobby, along with a small menu, but having spent a few hours out there during our stay, we never saw a single staff member, and had to go downstairs to awkwardly order from the Marble Bar, where there's no place to just go order a drink when it's busy. Overall, I would not recommend staying here
