This is a hotel where what they charge is not justified, it is a very expensive ordinary hotel

- • Small rooms, standard bathroom Not a 5-star hotel, very small lobby absolutely nothing justifies the price of what is paid for what is received change!! never in my life. I will use this hotel in Medellin again.
I found the breakfast to be very average, everything from the bakery really seemed old and stored from previous days. The service in the restaurant was not the best either

- • They do not provide afternoon room service, this is closing curtains, making the bed, leaving slippers ready and so on, as 5-star hotels do
