Terrible stay - burglary on our balcony on the 4th floor - unsafe hotel - hotel from hell

- • We had a criminal/burglary incident on our balcony on the 4th floor in the middle of the night at this hotel. It was a terrible experience and we were quite scared. We changed rooms in the middle of the night and when we asked for a refund for that night, the answer was NO! Instead, we were given 500 PLN to use in the restaurant, which felt like an attempt to silence us. Two days later, while in the elevator on our way to check out, we encountered the same man in the elevator who was just wandering around the hotel, not as a guest. We were really scared, and this whole situation ruined our couples trip. We will never stay at this hotel again.
Great location, close to NFM parking. Very good breakfasts. Spacious and quiet room.

- • The bathroom is very nice and designer, but: 1. The door cannot be locked. 2. The gap between the door and the frame is large enough to slightly compromise privacy. 3. There is no cabinet to store clothes.
