Ideal location, size of the room and bathroom, terrace with a view of the center of Cusco, nice garden, very quiet.

- • Heating only from 6 pm to 6 am, and even then, works very randomly. Extra blanket required. The unheated restaurant area makes breakfast less enjoyable. A relaxation area with an extinguished fireplace, a pity, the view of the city is beautiful but the lack of warmth does not encourage lingering. In short, some serious flaws. In my opinion, it does not deserve the price or the 4 stars. I expected better given the reviews already published.

- • On the last day, we had a take-away breakfast as we were leaving very early. It was not up to the standard of the hotel. Very basic.
Great central hotel for a short stay
The hostess Marillia was excellent in providing advice and assistance before and during our stay. The bedroom was spotless with comfortable beds. Very helpful staff with other requests. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Perfect location for touring Cusco.

- • Breakfast and dinner were a bit slow. The rooms took a while to warm up in the evenings but eventually did.

Nice property, attentive staff; issue with the room I booked prevented a seamless stay
Hot water was consistently very good, staff helped with luggage, breakfast suited us with eggs cooked to order and a basket of toasts (wish I had a chance to try pancakes or a waffle too) and good americano, laundry service was quick and effective, helped with transfers when leaving the hotel, beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets. Glad for the efforts to move me from a water damaged room that smelled terrible but irritated they thought it was ok to try to put me there for a 4-night reservation.

- • Due to a smelly water leak with a neighboring property in the room I booked, I had to stay in 3 other rooms (mix of upgrades & downgrades) in 5 nights - two had bathroom plumbing issues, heat only available 6 pm-6 am, no heat at breakfast, one message I sent to try to get a transfer from the bus station was not responded to and we had difficulty finding a safe ride late at night (then cell service wasn’t working to get Uber despite being fine when we were in Cusco initially). Towards the end, offered on-site restaurant dinner as compensation but it didn’t work in our remaining schedule.

- • Nothing really, it’s a great place to stay. They have a lovely restaurant and lounge area, however, it wasn’t heated so didn’t feel inviting to use. The food at the restaurant was excellent though.

- • The heaters work on a schedule, at times we measured, it was very cold in the room.
