Nice and clean
The rooms were tidy and the pool area was spacious. The apartment had everything we needed. The area was peaceful and quiet, but very close to the city center. It was good that the reception was open 24 hours

Excellent
The rooms are of sufficient size and cleaned daily. All items in the room (air conditioning, mini fridge, etc.) work perfectly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is of sufficient size and quite clean. We took care of meals outside so I cannot comment on that. There is no parking problem, you can leave your car on the street right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the city center and the beach, so you don't need a car to go out and walk in the evenings. Overall, we were satisfied. I recommend it

Friendly service
Both the location, the comfort of the rooms, the helpfulness of the staff, and their friendliness were like medicine for our holiday with two young children. I cannot comment on the pool and restaurant as we did not use them. I recommend it to those who have a car and explore the surroundings and want to stay in Marmaris

Stay somewhere else
This place was recommended to us by a local. From the pictures on their site, the place looked decent. However, upon arrival everything went downhill from there. We didn’t realize that this was basically a very bare bones type of living quarters. We had to go to the local market to purchase all of our toiletries. The worst part of the stay is the paper thin walls so you could hear every step, voices, and door banging. We could not fall asleep at all because it felt like every door click was someone opening our room door.
