- • There is no credibility on the Booking.com website. I booked a suite after modifying my reservation and was surprised to find that the reservation did not change. This is my first time booking at this hotel, there is nothing different about it, it does not impress me. The hotel staff told me they would compensate me with a sea view upgrade. What will I do with a distant view that I did not benefit from at all, just a lie? I left the hotel on the same evening without completing the day. I did not like this treatment at all!!
