- • One thing I was not happy about is that reception staff while they are dealing with customers they were all the time standing so if possible for the hotel owner to provide a sitting chair for employees relaxation

- • In Booking, it was written to check in early starting at 9 am, based on this I made a reservation but unfortunately upon arrival, I received a different response from the reception staff that there were no available rooms and it depends on availability, which can be tricky especially when coming from a trip. Also, the room was for non-smokers but had a smell of smoke
