The moment we entered this property we felt welcomed. The staff warmly greeted us (shout out to Nikki), the service we received elevated our stay here. The property is beautifully curated and has all those little extras to make you feel you are somewhere special. We look forward to returning and could not think of anywhere else we would want to spend a stay in Byron Bay.

- • Location on main road was a little noisy even though we were a long way from the road. For the $ paid I would have thought an arrival gift and some complimentary mini bar items. The large format down pillows were good but used to having something a little firmer.
