- • Breakfast repeated every day, stayed for 16 days and got tired of it, the first week was okay. The kitchen's iron pot has no lid, need to cover it with a bowl each time. It's best to put several rolls of toilet paper each time in the bathroom, so residents can easily change it themselves, avoiding running out.
Comfortable and Friendly hotel
I wanted to stay here as it was outside the hustle of Manchester. I stayed here for two nights but unfortunately fell on a day when most of the museums were closed. The nearby museum is closed on Monday and most attractions on that day. The O2 is nearby, so it's great to stay here to see a show. Just a few moments from Oxford Road station. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, it had a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, as well as an electric hob. There was cutlery and pans you can cook with. There are a few stores nearby where you can get items to cook with. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. I liked the shower, and the view was quite good. Lots of space in the room. The TV only had limited channels, but you can link it to your device. The staff were really friendly, and it looks like a fancy hotel. There is a place where you can drink alcohol as well as Mocktails and detox tea cocktails too for a healthier option. Everything was clean, and it was quiet during the night. Cleaners only clean every 3 days, which is fine if you want privacy.

Great hotel with a good location and very comfortable rooms.
Extremely comfortable bed and room. Great shower. Staff were lovely and personable. Good breakfast. Very good all in all.

- • There was a fire alarm. I was not forewarned despite having spoken to reception, in person, moments before. The alarm did not say, this is a test. The hotel does not know about any personal trauma guests have had, I was barefoot and running to the stairs, I was on the 14th floor, before the maid said it was a test. I was shaking for about 1/2 hour afterwards. It really tainted my stay and was completely ridiculous not to have a sign somewhere telling people. TV didn't work, and no one came when I reported it.
