- • Communication on transfers not good. Booked the hotel partly due to free transfer service from the airport but when we landed couldn’t contact them to find pick up location so ended up having to take a taxi which the driver got lost and charged us much more than expected.
My travelling companions and I had a good closure to our stay/holiday in China (since 5 Sept 2026).
Duty staff at reception (i recall is Xiao Zheng) was efficient & sensitive to our needs. We had a flight delay (CZ8532) into Guangzhou, hence checked-in thereabout 11pm - she processed our registration swiftly; there were 18 of us. After reaching out to her from the domestic airport, she despatched the shuttle bus to us (at Gate 43) within ten minutes. As we had to catch our next flight (CS 353) early the next day, she organised our shuttle service at 550am plus had the kitchen staff pre-packed a light bite for us.

Perfect for our needs
Breakfast is nice, rooms are good, underground into the city is like 200 meters away so no need for expensive rides and free airport shuttles are a bonus.
