The food was great and the staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. We felt very safe at this hotel. When I expressed my disappointment that the pool was closed and that we hadn't been given very much notice about this closure, the staff opened the pool up for us to use.

- • Two days before we arrived we received an email that the pool would not be available for use, which was one of the reasons we had booked this hotel. We felt like more notice could have been given as then we would have time to reconsider our selection.

Great hotel, staff and breakfast.
The staff were so friendly and of the places I stayed in during my travelling around Colombia and Ecuador, the breakfast here was my far the best. 10/10 breakfast. Room was excellent too and the hotel itself is lovely.

Very nice and comfortable hotel perfectly located near the airport.
Beautiful setting with charming decor and garden and pool. Friendly and super efficient staff. We were able to get an airport shuttle booked immediately upon our arrival and were given a breakfast box since we had to leave before breakfast.
