Absolutely stunning hotel, excellent staff, outstanding facilities, perfect location 100% recommend.
The room was spacious, extremely clean, beautifully decorated. The bathroom was fantastic with its own private loo and a beautiful glass window that allowed to a view of the bedroom and the view outside, wonderful concept. The mini bar and tea/coffee facilities were excellent.

- • Nothing to complain about - it is an excellent hotel, worthy of its 5 star and more. Slight noise at night coming from the 12th floor where the Bar is, however totally acceptable (we were on the 14th floor).
High price for the quality obtained
The location of the Hotel is very good, it is in front of a park and next to Gran Vía, which has very good transport for all of Madrid

- • The Hotel staff attended to me, but they were not correct in handling my requests even though there were several of us and we asked for an extra bed, and there was also noise and they did not want to assist us for a change

Great hotel
The room was large, always tidy and very clean. Despite the room overlooking a very busy square, no noise was heard. The staff was very kind and immediately available for every request. There is a bidet in the bathroom.
