Black Sheep backpackers' hostel in Queenstown
The kitchen was well equipped and most of the time clean. The free Wi-Fi worked properly. The other backpackers and the staff were friendly. There are some free parking spots on the nearby streets. The card system worked well on the phone, but if the rooms had an easier code, I wouldn't have to carry my phone every time I left the room. The location was great, 5 min walk to Queenstown city centre, yet a quiet area. The curtain on the bed is a great idea, I think all backpackers hostels should introduce.

- • The hand dryer in the bathrooms did not work. The type of the dorm bed was not good in my opinion, there should have been another step in the ladder to the top, and the proportion of the lower deck was not good, I could not even sit up, it was so low. Check-in is strictly from 3pm due to system check-in, and I would have appreciated the standard 2 pm check-in.
Made friends easily, bed was super comfy
Staff were amazing! Spa and cold plunge were nice. Our double bed room was amazing!
