Nice boutique hotel in the middle of Merida.
Very nice small hotel in the city center, which you can explore on foot. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can park in the neighboring property.

- • There was no electricity during the first night of our stay. The hotel does not have a backup power system. It was indicated to us by reception and management that the hotel would cover the cost of that first night. However, when claiming through Booking, they did not take responsibility or accept the claim.

The place is beautiful, the restoration of the building is very nice. The room is a good size.

- • We ordered food for breakfast, I had to return it once because they did not prepare what I asked for, the room cleaning, it is understood that the sheets are not changed daily, but at least they had to make the bed, I found a disposable tissue that I left the night before under my pillow with the bed already made, and they did not mop the floor.
