One of our best stays in Taiwan. Very well laid out room. Comfortable and clean. Fabulous helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Beautiful decor but avoid if you want to use the pool.

- • Staff were not at all friendly on reception or at breakfast (don’t arrive after 9.30 if you don’t want to be made to feel uncomfortable). Need individual reading lights over each bed. Biggest disappointment was the pool. We felt we had paid a premium rate to get a hotel with a pool, only to discover that it was closed from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm, not even allowed to sit in the area.
Except for the convenient location, otherwise not recommended

- • Bathroom design is extremely inconvenient, plus hot water is not hot (this is too scary)! Room soundproofing is extremely poor! Inconvenient lighting control in the room
