The rooms smell very old. There are dried cheeses at breakfast, tea is cold, and the shower cabin glasses are broken.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room were good. The breakfast was very nice. It is a hotel that I prefer when I come to Ankara.

Mr. Cem at the reception was very good, the other friends were also very good. I only ordered fruit and tea a few times in the evening, the friend who brought them to us did not have much experience in hospitality. They need to be more careful in communicating with guests in a more respectful manner.
