- • Quite a dirty place, everything is broken, broken parquet on the balcony, did not get value for the price, crowded pool

- • The hotel is old, not very clean. At night there was no water in the entire hotel, we couldn't shower in the evening or in the morning. In the end, we had to leave very early in the morning because it was unbearable to stay in such conditions and how to go to the pool when there was no chance to shower? The worst part was the hotel's attitude - complete indifference. They did not offer a refund, compensation, credit, or even a minimal gesture. We left early, disappointed and angry, feeling that we paid full price for a service we did not receive. In our opinion, this conduct is not appropriate for a hotel that respects its guests.

- • Horrible hotel!!! Extremely terrible service, especially the staff and the manager. They ignore you and have a grim face. I will never return to this hotel or to this hotel chain. We paid 4000 shekels for two days and couldn't leave the room because it was so filthy. There are much better hotels for less money. Not recommended at all!!!

Full value for money, simply an experience, amazing sea view at night overlooking the beautiful city and during the day cleanses the soul to look at the blue sea. Fast and courteous service, especially want to thank Lord Alber, the hotel's guest relations manager who made sure even before arrival that the stay would be as enjoyable as possible. Definitely will return, clean hotel, large and beautiful pool with a sea view, high-quality food, diverse meals.
