The staff was very professional. However, in the restaurant, the menus are only in Cyrillic alphabet. English menus should be provided. The dishes ordered do not match the dishes served. The staff is not always very friendly. However, the hotel is recommended for its location and quality. If we return to Sozopol, we will stay there again.
