Fantastic!!!
This Banyan Tree Hotel location was wonderful. Rooms were spacious, staff was very accommodating (and attentive). The views from the rooftop bar were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

An unforgettable Thai Fest experience
My wife and I attended the Thai Fest, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The quality of the food, the attention to detail, and the impeccable service made the event truly memorable. We look forward to this celebration every year, as everything is thoughtfully planned and executed, creating an atmosphere that invites you to relax, enjoy the moment, and immerse yourself in Thai culture and cuisine. Banyan Tree Puebla has achieved something very special by bringing together hospitality, gastronomy, and a beautiful setting. Without a doubt, it was one of the best dining experiences we have enjoyed in Puebla in recent years.

The hotel is very well located, and honestly I have no complaints at all. The only downside is that, once you stay here, you’ll have to make a tough choice: either stay in and enjoy the hotel (because you won’t feel like leaving) or go out and explore the beautiful city of Puebla. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and service are outstanding, not to mention all the little touches that make your stay truly unique. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. If you want to discover Puebla, or simply take a getaway and stay at one of the best hotels you’ll ever experience, I definitely recommend staying here.

- • Very poor room service. They provide towels for one person, and you have to ask for two people; otherwise, they won't give them. And this happens every day. The sheets are worn and torn. Breakfast order is mixed up.
Great Location but don't go if they're hosting a wedding
If you're going to book this hotel, my best advice is to call ahead and ask if there is a wedding at the hotel that weekend. If so, schedule for a different weekend or pick another hotel. Due to the wedding, the hotel felt understaffed, and the quality of the food/service felt downgraded as well. Also, the music from the wedding reached my room even though my room was almost the furthest from the reception. (It was that loud). Staff was kind and apologetic. They comped some beverages and meals. I would have been more forgiving if Hotel Manager Manuel Leal replied to my email I sent 4 days ago, but unfortunately, I have not heard back from him yet. The hotel felt more like a 4-star than a 5-star. Even on the days when there was no wedding. Location is pretty great.
