Friendly staff, but multiple room issues over both nights made for a disappointing stay.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. They apologized for the issues we experienced, moved us to another room, and offered a 50% discount on a future stay as a goodwill gesture.

- • Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our two-night stay. On the first night, the air conditioner was not cooling properly, making it difficult to sleep, and we were moved to another room. In the second room, we found a cockroach, the shower temperature constantly changed between hot and cold, and the hot water did not last very long. On our final night, a power interruption affected the air conditioner, causing the room to become very hot, and we were again unable to sleep properly before checkout. While I understand the power interruption was beyond the hotel’s control, I requested a small partial refund through Booking.com because a future stay discount would not be useful for me, but I never received a response.
Everything. The ambiance makes it more comfortable and soothing to the eyes. I highly recommend it. 👌

Everything. The place , the ambiance , the warmth welcome of the staffs of guests checking in. Also , it's so neat and clean which is what I love most. They really take care of the place so well. So recommended! Its really worth paying for ! 😍
