The welcome and availability of the staff. Always present and helpful. Excellent breakfast and clean rooms equipped with every service. The added value is the rental of the electric scooter which allows you to reach the center in 10 minutes avoiding traffic. I will recommend the property to anyone in the area.

Very beautiful and welcoming structure, offering many different comforts for free such as the possibility of taking the electric scooter, they picked us up at the station and the included breakfast is very good and abundant (choice between Chinese or continental). We chose the room with a one-hour massage included, and our room had both a large outdoor terrace with an outdoor bathtub and a shower. Welcome tea in the room. Laundry service included, but clothes arrive wrinkled. No elevator, but they compensate for this by transporting luggage to the room.

A 10/10 rating is simply not enough for this stay — it deserves so much more! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The entire team was exceptionally kind, friendly, professional, and helpful, but a special mention absolutely goes to Xiaoming, who was one of the most welcoming and attentive hosts we have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, free laundry service, and free electric scooters, which we could use whenever we wanted to explore the area. We also received a lovely welcome drink, and breakfast, with both European and Asian options available. The room was exactly as shown in the photos — beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and you can genuinely feel the care and attention the team puts into their guests. We are absolutely delighted with our stay and could not have asked for better hospitality. A huge thank you and congratulations to the entire team for providing such exceptional service and making us feel so welcome.

The welcome is truly personalized: the host takes the time to explain the operation and uses the phone and translation tools with great kindness to communicate in your language. The room was very beautiful and clean. The location was fantastic in a green area. The breakfast was very good and the staff super welcoming and helpful. They also offer extra services such as well-organized tours and experiences. I recommend it for a stay in Guilin!

Hospitality and relaxation in Guilin

Although it is far from the center, the place is very quiet, which is appreciated in Guilin. The owner is very diligent and helpful, offered us tea and watermelon upon arrival, and provided all kinds of facilities for washing clothes and taking a free electric scooter from the accommodation. The room had a very nice corner by the window for having tea, reading, and resting.

The host arranged for a car to pick us up. When we had to leave the hotel very early, the staff prepared a delicious breakfast to eat in the car. Extremely cost-effective.

Everything perfect! Xiao Ming, Qin, and all the staff are delightful, helpful, and welcoming people (every day, we were welcomed back with fresh fruit)! They helped us organize our days in Yangshou and Longshen rice terraces with extreme availability and professionalism! The structure is very welcoming and spotlessly clean, the breakfast is excellent! The free laundry and electric scooter services are very convenient! Everything truly impeccable! Not to mention the location with a stunning view of the mountains that characterize the area! We had a great time and it was a pity to leave! I highly recommend staying in this property!
