Room was small but clean. Everything inside the room worked properly such as hot water and air conditioning. There were issues with the elevators several times during my stay. The elevators are very small and accommodate only a few people at a time and there was one out of service several times during the stay. One time we had to walk down several flights of stairs and navigate our way out as most of the exit doors had emergency alarms.

Surrounding terrible. Local people neighborhood, people crouching around. Reception was awkward with an office table and 2 office chairs. This is more like a motel than a hotel. Not worth the money. I surrendered 9/24 to 9/28 & 9/30 to 10/5 all 10 days' worth of prepaid stay and rented elsewhere. Completely disappeared

Shower is small, not many amenities. Otherwise overall good condition, and right outside the underground rail station is a big plus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, they only have 3 lifts, and throughout our stay 1 was out of service, so we had to wait a long time for a lift as it kept skipping our floor. Housekeeping was really good. The lady who looked after floor 9 was always friendly and helpful.

Good but not excellent
The place is good; however, during our stay, the elevator stopped working and 2 of my old friends had to walk up and down for a day on the 11th floor. They didn't offer any compensation after that whole day incident
