- • Unfortunately, my room was located directly beneath the restaurant, and I could constantly hear chairs being moved—even though I was on the 15th floor.

they don't care
I did check out earlier one day before my paid check out due to an emergency leave to Irbid but after that we cleared the issue and called back to re get our already paid room to recheck in but they said it was already removed from the system and you have to pay another booking for one night
